The Fundamentals Test Out Exam is designed to gauge your automotive cybersecurity knowledge level. Once you have either passed all 3 courses in the Fundamentals Learning Track (FLT) OR passed the Test Out Exam, Auto-ISAC recognizes your ability to move forward with the Advanced Learning Track (ALT).

• The fee for the Test Out Exam is $500. No discounts are offered for this exam.

• The exam fee allows a learner to take the Test Out ONCE.

  • If you pass, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. The exam fee can be applied to the purchase of an ACT Program Advanced course of your choosing.

  • If you fail, the exam fee can be applied to the purchase of an ACT Program Fundamentals course of your choosing.

• After passing that course, you may decide to purchase the Test Out Exam, again, and not complete additional Fundamentals courses. Each Test Out Exam sitting is at the learner’s discretion and expense.

• The questions on the exam are based on the FLT course information. You must pass 100-question randomized test with 80% or better.
